Diversity and Inclusivity

Cookston Crafts will always promote diversity and inclusivity. The core value of my business was to create a community and share my love of all things crafty.

Whether you visit the workshop, attend a class, comment on social media or visit me at an event you will always be welcomed with respect and a smile regardless of age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, race, religion or belief, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity.

I will not tolerate any hate, bullying or discrimination on social media, within the workshop or at an event. If you feel you’ve been treated unfairly, please, please let me know, I’m listening and want to hear about it, however difficult that may be.

I also realise that it can be intimidating and scary to enter a new environment, and if you’d ever like to arrange a visit to Cookston Crafts by yourself to browse the yarn or just get advice on a project, please just get in touch. Drop me an email (link) and I can make sure I am here with a cuppa to offer you.
