Information I Collect
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.
I do not store any bank details or payment information. This is all dealt with securely by Squarespace or Paypal.
I may share images you share with me of your work or yarn acquisition, however, I will always request your consent first.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I need your information to supply my products or services and fulfill your order and provided customer support thereafter.
I also need your email address to send you very occasional email newsletters, (only if you have consented to this on my website using the mail chimp powered subscribe section) and you can unsubscribe from this at any time.
Your address is only ever used to send products to you by Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
I don’t collect or use data or names from my Facebook likes or Facebook Group Members or Instagram followers.
At events, I use an iZettle card reader and you can opt to receive an email or text receipt for your goods. I do not have any access to these contact details.
All of your information is accessed using private devices which are protected by passwords and they aren’t shared.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I will never share your personal information with anyone other than Squarespace, who power my website. I share information with Squarespace as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under my agreement with Squarespace.
The only place your personal data is stored is within the Squarespace Commerce System or in Paypal.
I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
I do not transfer any personal information outside of the EU unless I am sending a parcel via Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
• Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
• Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information.
• Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information.
• Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items but usually this is between 1 and 3 days. I tend to post out items on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges as long as the item is in saleable condition.
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Post items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
· Custom or personalised orders
· Perishable products (like food or flowers)
· Digital downloads
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
